How To Apply Online IB MTS Recruitment 2025 Form

  • Visit the Official Website: Go to the official MHA website at www.mha.gov.in or the NCS portal at www.ncs.gov.in.
  • Navigate to Recruitment Section: Look for the “What’s New” or “Recruitment” section on the homepage and find the link for “IB MTS Recruitment 2025” or “IB SA/MT 2025”.
  • One-Time Registration: Register yourself using a valid mobile number and email address. You will receive a User ID and Password on your registered email/mobile number.
  • Login and Fill the Form: Log in using the received User ID and Password. Fill in all the required personal, academic, and communication details accurately.
  • Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and other necessary documents (like 10th class certificate and category certificate, if applicable) in the specified format.
  • Select Preferences: Choose five preferred exam cities for the Tier-I exam. Note that these choices cannot be changed later. Also, ensure you select only one Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau (SIB); multiple SIB applications will be rejected.
  • Pay Application Fee: Pay the application fee and recruitment processing charges online using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, UPI, or through an SBI challan. The fee is generally Rs. 650/- for General/EWS/OBC candidates and Rs. 550/- for SC/ST/female candidates.
  • Submit and Print: Review all the details in the form, then submit it. After submission, print the completed application form and fee receipt for your records.

Mode Of Examination :

  • Tier I: Online Objective MCQ (100 marks, 1 hour, negative marking 0.25). Subjects: General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English.
  • Tier II: Descriptive Test on English Language (50 Marks)
